Quick turnaround when I sent back the 1st phone as it was not what I wanted. I wanted 1 with just an actual SIM card, not an e-sim card. I have not got the new mobile yet, so cannot say if it will be the correct one, but I am sure it will be.

Product excellent

Product excellent, however, using DPD for delivery lets you down. They said they tried to deliver twice but I was in both times. Picked up from pick up point in the end who said DPD were notorious for this.

I am with incapacity and blind

I am with incapacity and half blind, the phone I truly love and even with the scratch, bump don’t want to give it back but I understand it has too or I don’t get one without scratches if I don’t, as l have incapacity all have looked at all options for me, appreciate the servíce from both provider and refurbed, would highly recommend Escalat France and refurbished all excellently keep to their words and customer service is one of the best I have dealt with, I think also because if you are calm and honest, they get it and even manage to put a smile on your face. Its time to try and change the way we live and refurbished and its affiliate companies are all doing everything to make it possible! If you recycle your rubbish you care and so do these guys so give them the benefit of the doubt. Honestly Mark

Xbox gaming, tested and covered

An Xbox does not have to be new to feel new. Refurbished Xbox consoles from refurbed are used devices that experts have tested, cleaned and repaired where needed, then sold with a warranty. From the Xbox One S to the Xbox 360 Slim, the listings give players several ways in.

  • Save up to 40% vs new: more room in the budget for games and accessories.
  • Min. 12-month warranty: cover that goes well beyond the first weeks.
  • 30-day free trial: set it up, play and see how it feels.
  • Delivery included and free returns: straightforward from checkout to your living room.

Who a refurbished Xbox suits

  • Casual players: an Xbox One with a game included is ready for the first evening.
  • Streaming and media fans: consoles like the Xbox One S connect to your TV and internet for games, video and apps.
  • Retro gamers: the Xbox 360 Slim and the original Microsoft Xbox are well suited to revisiting older titles.
  • Multiplayer households: extra Xbox One and Xbox Series X wireless controllers make local play easier.

Choosing your Xbox

Model

The listings include Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox 360 Slim and the original Microsoft Xbox. The One and One S are the newer options, while the 360 and original Xbox suit nostalgic play.

Games you want

Each console generation runs its own games, so match the model to your wish list. Bundles marked “incl. game” in the name can save you a separate purchase.

Controllers and accessories

The range includes the Xbox One Wireless Controller and the Xbox Series X Controller. These are handy as a second pad or a replacement.

Condition

Every listing carries a grade, so you know what you are getting:

  • Premium: looks identical to new and works like new.
  • Excellent: looks like new and works like new.
  • Very Good: slight signs of wear, works like new.
  • Good: some signs of wear, works like new.

Connections and storage

Check the listing for storage size and connections, and consider how many games you want installed at once.

Microsoft hardware in one place

refurbed offers Microsoft Xbox consoles and controllers, covering the original Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One and One S. Controllers for the Xbox One and the Xbox Series X round out a setup.

Refurbished vs new

Buying refurbished lets you save up to 40% vs new, and it is more sustainable vs new, because one existing console stays in use instead of a new one being produced. For example, refurbished smartphones from refurbed save on average 82% of CO₂ emissions per device compared with a new one, according to refurbed’s calculation. refurbed’s calculation is verified by an independent third party, GutCert, in accordance with ISO 14040/44.

Refurbished vs second hand

Used consoles from private sellers can look fine and still hide problems, with no warranty and no checks behind them. A refurbished Xbox has been tested by experts, comes with a visible condition grade and includes a min. 12-month warranty.
