Black Friday goes Green

When is Black Friday 2026?

This year, Black Friday lands on Friday, 27 November 2026. The date isn't random: it's always the day after Thanksgiving in the US, which is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November. In Germany, Black Friday has long since become a fixed date in the shopping calendar, and for many people it's the day to finally upgrade their tech.

Green Friday, the refurbed way

We like Black Friday, but we see it a little differently. At refurbed it's Green Friday, because saving money and choosing more sustainably can happen in the same purchase. Refurbished means a device has been professionally checked, cleaned and reconditioned. It works flawlessly and is hardly distinguishable from new. When you buy refurbished, a device stays in use for longer and the demand for new resources goes down. That's why it's the more sustainable alternative compared to buying new.

Your iPhone upgrade at the right moment

Around Black Friday, almost everyone compares prices. So go one step further and compare new with refurbished. A refurbished iPhone has the same features and performance as a new one, for up to 40% less than new. From current models to proven favourites, there are top deals this Black Friday for every budget. Every iPhone comes with a minimum 12-month warranty, so you can shop with peace of mind.

Affordable MacBooks and laptops

Whether it's for the office, your studies or browsing on the sofa, a good laptop makes life easier. With a refurbished MacBook Air or MacBook Pro, you get Apple quality without paying the price of new. Team Windows? You'll also find plenty of refurbished laptops from Lenovo, HP, Dell and other brands, ready to use straight out of the box.

iPads and tablets for work and play

Series, e-books, notes or homework: a tablet handles it all. Go for a refurbished iPad, iPad Air or iPad Pro, or an Android tablet, and save compared to buying new. Our condition grades (Good, Very good or Excellent) describe only the look of a device, never how well it works.
