This is also the advantage over, for example, used skis, bicycles or fitness equipment. In addition, we have sports equipment made from recycled materials in our range. Refurbed products have at least a 12-month warranty and a 30-day trial period.

Arbor was founded with the element. Decades later, it is still as indispensable to the product range as it was on day one. This all-terrain snowboard adapts to the technology of the times without deviating from its mission to be the most versatile snowboard for the whole mountain with amazing performance from peak to valley. The board is available in camber and rocker versions. This version comes with a camber profile for a more stable, aggressive feel and more pop.

Riding style A all-mountain/freestyle board for advanced riders - carving turns on the slopes, surf turns in the powder or creative runs in the park. With this board, the good times never stop.

Shape The directional twin shape of this board is actually a perfectly symmetrical true twin shape, but with a slightly longer nose. This shape gives you the same riding characteristics both forward and switch, with a little more uplift in powder. Arbor’s Grip Tech provides good edge control on hard snow and ice by slightly extending the edges outwards underfoot.

Profile The camber profile consists of only a single positive camber from nose to tail. This classic profile offers high stability, good edge control and plenty of pop.

Flex The medium flex makes the snowboard hard enough for powerful turns, but still soft enough for a playful ride.

Construction The Highland II core is made from the lightest and highest quality Paulownia wood. The result is a lighter, more responsive version of the standard Highland core. The topsheet is made from sustainable wood and processed into a so-called Ash Power Ply construction. The natural wood fibre creates the design for which Arbor is known. The 360 sidewalls enclose the board completely. This technology includes incredibly small tolerances and thus significantly increases the stability of the board. The sintered base is very fast, but requires careful maintenance.

How is “refurbished” classified?

We want to offer affordable and environmentally conscious sports equipment without compromising on quality. Each item undergoes a refurbishment and quality control process to ensure it meets the high quality you can expect from refurbed. All our "refurbed" items are in perfect operating condition and are primarily graded based on visible signs of wear:
Excellent: Minor, not immediately visible optical defects.
Very good: Minor, visible optical defects.
Good: Visible optical defects.

What does "recycled" mean?

In line with our circular thinking, refurbed Sports offers not only refurbished products, but also new sports equipment made from recycled materials. This includes upcycled materials, old stock, pre- and post-consumer recycling, and other waste. By reusing existing materials, we minimise waste, consume fewer resources, and contribute to a better environment.

How does refurbed guarantee the quality of the products?

Only professional and certified refurbishers are allowed to offer their products on refurbed. We monitor customer satisfaction and refurbisher performance closely and conduct regular quality tests to ensure an excellent shopping experience for all. And finally, all our refurbishers are based within the EU to enable fast delivery times and optimal contact with the refurbisher.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for free within the 30-day free trial. You can contact the refurbisher directly via your customer account and let them know that you want to exchange or return your item. Alternatively, you can of course also contact our refurbed customer service. We are happy to help and contact the refurbisher for you. You will receive a free return label from the refurbisher by email or in your customer account.

What are my warranty conditions?

We offer you a 12-month statutory warranty. This covers all defects, i.e. everything that is considered poor workmanship of the product and was not caused by your own actions.

Which environmental protection projects do we invest in?

We have planted over 6.6 million trees since our foundin, and we are very proud! We realised that planting trees alone does not tackle all of the environmental issues we a passionate about, however. That's why we now also support projects that
- restore landscapes — ecosystems are repaired and jobs are created, including tree planting along the way
- remove carbon from the atmosphere and store it permanently
- recycle electronic waste and reuse materials
